Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app.

#In ENTRD

1. Open the You tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete.

#In ENTRD Business

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

An admin account cannot be deleted from the app, because it is the way into the company: another admin removes it from Staff.

You are signed out at once. This cannot be undone.

#What happens to your information

Users may delete their accounts directly through the ENTRD app. Upon account deletion, ENTRD will delete the user’s personal information and associated account data, including relevant ledger and account records, in accordance with its deletion process and applicable law.

ENTRD will not continue retaining such information after deletion unless retention is required or permitted under applicable law, including for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Any information retained for these purposes will be restricted to what is reasonably necessary and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Deletion of an account may permanently remove access to the user’s account history, ledger entries and related records. Users should review or download any information they may need before deleting their accounts, where such functionality is available.
