Last updated: 24 July 2026

DRAFT — review before publishing. Replace every [BRACKETED] placeholder and have someone check it before you host it. This is a starting template, not legal advice. Apple also applies its standard EULA unless you supply your own; this is your own.

1. What ENTRD is

ENTRD is a private, invite-only operations tool provided by [INFAMOUS LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we", "us") for authorised admins, promoters, venues, and managers to run club guestlists, door entry, and settlements. It is not a public consumer service. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & access

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Guest data

If you add guests, you confirm you have a lawful basis to share their details with us for the purpose of the event's guestlist. Handle guest information responsibly and only for running the night.

5. Payments & settlements

Earnings, table commissions, and settlement figures shown in the App are operational records to help settle up — they are calculated from the data entered and approved in the App. Final amounts are agreed and paid between you and [INFAMOUS LEGAL ENTITY NAME] / your team lead outside the App. We are not a payment processor and do not move money. Figures may be corrected by the admin (e.g. during night-closing).

6. Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change or discontinue features.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [INFAMOUS LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from data you or others entered, from settlement disputes between users, or from service interruptions.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [CITY, e.g. Mumbai] having jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
