Who uses the App
ENTRD is a closed, invite-based tool for four roles — admin, promoter, venue, manager — all onboarded by the operator. It is not a consumer social app. Access requires a phone number and, for staff, provisioned credentials.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos (beyond flyers you choose to upload), advertising identifiers, or biometric data. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Guest data you enter
When a promoter adds a guest, that guest's name/phone/pax are stored to run the night's list. Only the promoter who added them, the club's staff for that event, and the admin can see them. Guest personal details are removed when the event is archived — only aggregate counts and earnings remain.
How we use data
- Authenticate you (OTP), run guestlists and the door, and compute settlements.
- Send operational push/SMS notifications.
- Keep the service secure and stable (rate-limiting, crash diagnostics).
We process this data to provide the service you (or your operator) signed up for, and to meet the operator's legitimate business need to run its events.
Who we share with (processors)
We use these providers strictly to run the App; they process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database, authentication, storage (hosting: [REGION, e.g. ap-south-1 / Mumbai]).
- 2Factor.in — OTP SMS delivery.
- Expo / Apple Push Notification service — push notifications.
- Sentry — crash and error diagnostics.
We do not otherwise share your data, except where required by law.
Retention
- Account data (name, phone) is kept while your account is active.
- Guest personal details are removed on event archival.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from within the App (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. Aggregate financial records may be retained where required for the operator's accounting/legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including India's DPDP Act 2023), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]. Note that some fields (your name and sign-in number) are locked after signup to keep the door and settlements accurate; contact the admin to correct them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is restricted by role (row-level security). OTP sign-in is rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to [SECURITY CONTACT EMAIL].
Children
The App is for adults working nightlife events and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change and material updates will be notified in-app.
