#1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how ENTRD, operated by INFAMOUS, a partnership firm, having its registered office at B-11 Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi – 110017, collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the ENTRD application, website at https://entrd.in, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
For this Policy, “ENTRD”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the entity operating the Platform. “You” or “User” refers to any person using the Platform, including Guests, Promoters, Venue Partners and Event Organisers.
We aim to collect only information reasonably required to operate the Platform, facilitate event entry, maintain records and improve our services.
#2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you use ENTRD, we may collect:
- Personal details: Name, mobile number, email address and age or date of birth.
- Event information: Guest-list registrations, bookings, tickets, passes, QR/barcode details, entry scans and attendance records.
- Partner information: Business details, venue or event information, promoter referrals, commission records and account information.

- Technical information: Device model, operating system, app version, IP address, crash reports, diagnostic information and usage data required to maintain and improve the Platform.
- Other information: Information you provide through support requests, communications, feedback or other interactions with ENTRD.
We may also receive relevant information from Promoters, Venue Partners, Event Organisers, payment providers and other service providers.
We do not intend to store full payment card numbers or CVV details where payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
#3. GUEST LISTS AND ENTRY WITHOUT REGISTRATION
Certain events may allow a Guest to be added to a guest list or admitted through a QR code, barcode or other entry mechanism without creating an ENTRD account.
Where a Promoter, Venue Partner or Organiser submits a Guest’s details, ENTRD may process those details to facilitate guest-list management, entry verification, attendance records, fraud prevention and related reconciliation.
The person submitting such information is responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to provide it and have complied with applicable law.
#4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to:
- Create and manage accounts and provide Platform services.
- Manage Events, guest lists, bookings, passes and entry verification.
- Record attendance and prevent fraudulent or duplicate entries.
- Calculate commissions and maintain partner ledgers and settlement records.
- Facilitate reconciliation between Promoters, Venue Partners and Organisers.
- Respond to queries, complaints and support requests.
- Diagnose technical issues, fix bugs, improve performance, stability, functionality and user experience.
- Maintain Platform security and prevent misuse, fraud or unauthorised access.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
- Send service-related communications and, where permitted, promotional communications.
Where consent is required by applicable law, we will seek it. Marketing communications may be declined or unsubscribed from where applicable, without affecting essential service communications.
#5. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information.
We may share relevant information with:
- Venue Partners and Event Organisers: To manage guest lists, verify entry, administer Events and resolve event-related issues.
- Promoters: To manage guest-list attribution, entry status and commission calculations relevant to their role.
- Other participating partners: Where reasonably necessary to verify entries, reconcile transactions or administer an agreed settlement arrangement.
- Service providers: Such as hosting, technical support, analytics, communications and payment service providers, to operate the Platform.
- Authorities: Where required by law, court order or a lawful regulatory request, or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
- Business successors: In connection with a merger, restructuring or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.
Recipients may process information under their own legal responsibilities where they independently determine how it is used. Venue Partners, Promoters and Organisers are responsible for their own lawful handling of information received from or through ENTRD.
#6. LEDGERS, COMMISSIONS AND SETTLEMENT RECORDS
ENTRD may maintain operational records showing guest entries, commissions, amounts reported as payable, payments recorded and outstanding balances between participating partners.
Such records may be created from information entered or reported by ENTRD, a Venue Partner, Promoter, Organiser or another authorised user. We may use these records to facilitate reconciliation, track settlement
status and resolve discrepancies.
A ledger entry or recorded status does not, by itself, establish that money has actually been transferred, nor does it independently determine a disputed legal liability. Actual payment obligations remain subject to the applicable commercial arrangement and relevant evidence.
#7. DATA RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION
You may delete your ENTRD account through the account deletion facility available within the app.
Upon account deletion, ENTRD will delete your personal information and associated account data, including relevant ledger and account records, in accordance with its deletion process and applicable law.
ENTRD will not continue retaining such information after deletion unless retention is required or permitted under applicable law, including for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Any information retained for such purposes will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and handled in accordance with applicable law.
Deletion may permanently remove your access to account history, ledger entries and related records. You should save any information you may need before deleting your account, where such functionality is available.
Information that is no longer required may be deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with applicable law and our retention practices.
#8. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, misuse or destruction.
However, no electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should keep their account credentials and access credentials confidential and notify us if they suspect unauthorised access.
#9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Platform may rely on third-party services or contain links to external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and terms.
ENTRD is not responsible for independent third-party practices beyond its control. We encourage Users to review the applicable policies before providing information directly to third parties.
#10. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You must provide accurate information where required and must not submit another person’s information without proper authority or a lawful basis.
Promoters, Venue Partners and Organisers must use information accessed through ENTRD only for legitimate Platform-related purposes and comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
#11. YOUR RIGHTS AND PRIVACY REQUESTS
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or raise a grievance concerning the handling of your information.
You may use the account settings or deletion facility available in the app, or contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity before processing a request.
Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.
#12. AGE RESTRICTION
ENTRD is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. Persons under 18 must not create an account or use age-restricted Platform services.
If we become aware that information has been collected from a person under 18 in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.
#13. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Our service providers may process or store information in India or other jurisdictions, depending on the services used. Where applicable, ENTRD will take steps to comply with Indian data-protection requirements and restrictions on cross-border transfers.
#14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Platform, our practices or applicable law. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
