The sign-in code doesn't arrive
Codes are sent by SMS to Indian mobile numbers. Check the number, wait a minute and ask for a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, email us with the number you're using.
My account is waiting for approval
Every account is approved by Infamous. If you joined from an invite, your team lead can ask for it to be approved; otherwise, email us.
Delete my account
In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete account. What happens to your data is set out in the privacy policy.
