About ENTRD Business

ENTRD Business is the operations tool that runs a club night: the guestlist, the door, the counts, and the settlement afterwards.

It is built and operated by INFAMOUS, a partnership firm with its registered office at B-11 Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi – 110017, for its own nights and for the venues and promoter teams it works with in India.

#What it does

A night in ENTRD Business has one shape, from the week before to the morning after.

• The guestlist. Promoters add names ahead of the night. The window opens and closes on a schedule the admin sets, and a cap can hold the room to a number.
• The door. A manager scans guests in and counts them against the promoter who brought them. A night that runs past midnight stays on the night it started, so a 2am arrival is counted on the right evening.
• The minus. After the door shuts, people leave. The count comes down to what the room actually held, on a timer, so nobody is paid for a guest who did not stay.
• The settlement. What each promoter earned, what each venue is billed, and what has actually been paid. One figure per night, read the same way by everyone who can see it.

#Who uses it

ENTRD Business is invite-only and role-based. Admins run the nights and the money. Promoters see their own guests and their own earnings, and nobody else's. Managers work one venue's door. Venues see what happened on their own floor and the bills raised against it, by team name rather than by individual promoter.

#Where the data lives

Everything is stored in India, in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region, and access is restricted by role at the database itself rather than only in the app. What the app collects and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
