Terms & Conditions

Version: 1.0 · Effective Date: 27 October 2026
#1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ENTRD application, website at https://entrd.in and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
ENTRD is operated by INFAMOUS, a partnership firm, having its registered office at B-11 Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi – 110017 (“ENTRD”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
#2. ELIGIBILITY
The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. By using ENTRD, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Where you use ENTRD on behalf of a company, venue, promoter business or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
#3. ABOUT THE PLATFORM
ENTRD provides technology and operational tools to facilitate event discovery, guest-list management, QR/barcode entry verification, promoter attribution, commission tracking, ledger maintenance and settlement reconciliation between participating users and businesses.
ENTRD acts as a platform and facilitator. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, ENTRD is not the organiser of an Event, the owner or operator of a participating venue, the employer or agent of a Promoter, or the guarantor of payments between users.
#4. GUESTS, REGISTRATIONS AND ENTRY
Guests may use the Platform to discover Events, register for guest lists, obtain passes or access other available features.
Some Events may permit a Guest to be added to a guest list or admitted without creating an ENTRD account. Where permitted, relevant information may be submitted by a Promoter, Venue Partner or Organiser for entry and verification purposes.
A registration, guest-list listing, pass or QR/barcode does not guarantee admission. Entry remains subject to the Event’s terms, venue capacity, age restrictions, applicable law, security requirements and the Venue Partner’s or Organiser’s lawful admission policies.
Guests must provide accurate information and must not misuse, duplicate, transfer or fraudulently reproduce passes or entry credentials.
#5. EVENTS, VENUES AND ORGANISERS
Event details, schedules, prices, guest-list policies, capacity and admission conditions may be supplied by third parties and may change.
The relevant Venue Partner or Organiser is responsible for the Event’s conduct, venue operations, safety, facilities, pricing, cancellations, refunds where applicable, and compliance with laws and permissions relevant to the Event.
ENTRD may display information supplied by third parties but does not independently guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability.
#6. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND SUPPORT
Events may be postponed, modified or cancelled by the relevant Organiser or Venue Partner. Any refund, replacement, rescheduling or other remedy will depend on the applicable booking terms, the responsible party’s policy and applicable law.
ENTRD may assist with communications or processing where its services support that function, but does not guarantee a refund or resolution where the underlying responsibility rests with another party.
Users may contact support@entrd.in for assistance. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights a consumer may have under applicable law.
#7. PROMOTERS AND GUEST-LIST MANAGEMENT
Promoters may use ENTRD to submit guest lists, refer Guests, track entries and view relevant commission or performance records.
Promoters must:
- Submit accurate and lawful guest information.
- Ensure they are authorised to provide information about Guests.
- Use Guest information only for legitimate Event and Platform-related purposes.
- Not create fake bookings, duplicate entries, manipulate scans or misrepresent attendance.
- Not misuse, sell, disclose or retain personal information contrary to applicable law or the Privacy Policy.
- Comply with applicable venue rules, Event conditions and lawful instructions.
ENTRD may investigate suspicious activity, correct demonstrable errors and restrict access where misuse is reasonably suspected.
#8. VENUE PARTNERS AND ORGANISERS
Venue Partners and Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of Event and venue information they submit and for the lawful operation of their Events and businesses.
They must ensure that required licences, permissions, registrations, safety arrangements and regulatory compliances are in place for their respective activities.
They must use information obtained through ENTRD only for legitimate purposes, maintain appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable data-protection and consumer-protection requirements.
#9. COMMISSIONS AND COMMERCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
ENTRD may facilitate the recording and calculation of commissions or other amounts payable between participating parties.
For example, a commercial arrangement may provide for a specified amount per verified entry, divided between the relevant Venue Partner, Promoter and ENTRD. The actual amounts, percentages, eligibility criteria, exclusions and payment arrangements will be determined by the applicable agreement, agreed commercial terms or authorised configuration.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, ENTRD does not become liable for a Venue Partner’s or Promoter’s payment obligations merely because a commission or amount is displayed or recorded on the Platform.
Commercial arrangements may be documented separately. In case of a conflict, the specific written agreement governing the relevant commercial arrangement will prevail over these general Terms to the extent of that conflict.
#10. LEDGERS AND RECONCILIATION
ENTRD may maintain ledgers showing entries, commissions, amounts reported as payable, amounts recorded as paid, adjustments and outstanding balances between participating parties.
These ledgers are operational records intended to assist tracking and reconciliation. Entries may be based on data entered or reported by ENTRD or authorised users and may be subject to verification, correction or dispute.
A ledger entry does not, by itself, prove that a payment was actually transferred, establish an undisputed debt, or constitute a final adjudication of legal liability.
Users are responsible for reviewing their records and promptly raising discrepancies through the available support channels. ENTRD may assist with reconciliation but does not guarantee that every entry is accurate or that all disputes will be resolved in favour of any party.
#11. PAYMENT STATUS AND SETTLEMENT RECORDS
Where supported by the Platform, transactions or balances may be identified as reported, disputed, confirmed or recorded as paid, or by similar status descriptions.
A status reflects the information available to ENTRD at that time. A reported or recorded payment must not be treated as proof of actual receipt unless supported by appropriate evidence.
Where a payment is disputed, the relevant parties are responsible for providing supporting information and working towards resolution under their commercial arrangement. ENTRD may record the dispute and supporting status but is not required to fund, advance or guarantee the amount in dispute.
A status marked as confirmed reflects the relevant confirmation recorded on the Platform; it does not prevent correction where credible evidence of an error or fraud is subsequently identified.
#12. DIRECT PAYMENTS AND CROSS-PARTNER BALANCES
Payments between Venue Partners, Promoters and Organisers may take place directly between those parties, outside ENTRD. Where such payments are reported to or recorded on ENTRD, the Platform may update the relevant ledger for tracking and reconciliation.
ENTRD does not represent that it has received or transferred funds unless it expressly provides a payment service and the relevant transaction confirms that fact.
Balances across multiple venues, Promoters or business accounts may be consolidated or adjusted only where the relevant parties have agreed to or authorised that arrangement. A ledger consolidation does not,
by itself, create a new payment obligation or make one party responsible for another party’s debt.
#13. FEES, TAXES AND INVOICING
Applicable Platform fees, commissions and commercial charges will be communicated through the relevant agreement, commercial terms or Platform feature.
Each party is responsible for its own tax obligations, invoices, records, filings and statutory compliance as applicable to its role and transactions. GST, withholding taxes and other tax treatment will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant commercial arrangement.
The recording of an amount on ENTRD does not, by itself, determine the legal or tax character of that amount.
#14. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND DELETION
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by ENTRD’s own breach of applicable law or other non-excludable liability.
You may delete your account using the in-app account deletion facility. Account deletion may remove your access to account history, ledgers and other associated information.
ENTRD will delete personal information and associated account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law. Information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, including for tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
#15. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not:
- Use ENTRD for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
- Create fake accounts, guest entries, scans or transactions.
- Interfere with the Platform’s operation or security.
- Access another user’s account or information without authorisation.
- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the Platform except as permitted by law.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Use ENTRD in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
ENTRD may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect the Platform and its users.
#16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Platform, including its software, design, branding, logos, content and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to ENTRD or its relevant rights holders.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You must not use ENTRD’s branding or intellectual property without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
#17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment providers, hosting services, communication tools and external websites.
Such services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. ENTRD is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond its control, without limiting any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
#18. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
ENTRD may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, misuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, non-compliance with law or risk to the Platform or its users.
Where appropriate and lawful, ENTRD may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. Suspension or termination does not automatically extinguish payment obligations or rights arising under a separate commercial agreement.
#19. DISCLAIMERS
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. ENTRD does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, the accuracy of all user-submitted records, admission to an Event, or payment by another user or business.
ENTRD may update, modify or discontinue features for operational, technical, security or legal reasons.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
#20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENTRD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from use of the Platform.
ENTRD is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions, including an Event cancellation, venue operation, failure to pay, or inaccurate information supplied by that party, except to the extent the loss is caused by ENTRD’s own breach, negligence, wilful misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
#21. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENTRD and its personnel from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful conduct, fraud, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorised submission or misuse of personal information.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim or loss is caused by ENTRD’s own breach, negligence, wilful misconduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
#22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ENTRD may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, business operations or applicable law. Updated Terms will be published on the website or made available through the Platform, together with the revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by law, ENTRD will provide notice or obtain consent before applying material changes. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where such acceptance is legally valid.
#23. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable mandatory law and the jurisdiction of any competent statutory or regulatory authority, the courts at New Delhi, India, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable law.
